  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind.

  • Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed if your return is approved.
  • Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals that came with the product.
  • Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking information for your records.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, the refund will include the original purchase price and shipping costs.
  • For change of mind returns, the refund will include the original purchase price only, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exclusions:

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Returns received without proper approval or outside the specified return period will not be accepted.
